Delivery

DESPATCH TIMES

We aim to have all orders received before 3pm AEST shipped the same day and you will receive email notification confirming when your order is dispatched. In most cases this means your goods will be delivered the next business day. More remote areas and NZ orders may take an additional few days to arrive.

Orders will be processed during normal AEST business hours between Monday and Friday. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time.

DELIVERY FEES

A delivery fee is charged based on the weight of the shipment and is the nett price as charged by the postal or courier service. The fee will be estimated at the the checkout, based on the ordered product total weight and your delivery location.

DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We use Australia Post eParcel for deliveries within Australia for parcels up to 22kg and no larger than 105cm in any direction. With eParcel you receive proof of posting for your parcel, a signature is obtained on delivery and each parcel is given a unique identifying number. Larger or heavy orders will be packaged into multiple boxes for easier manageability. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

For deliveries to location outside Australia we use UPS.
